The successful candidate will have a current LCSW certification valid in California and a minimum of 12 continuous months of similar experience within the last 3 years. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in English, both oral and written, and be able to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage psychiatric disorders
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Participate in crisis interventions and group psychotherapy sessions
- Document all care provided and participate in IOTT meetings
