An Engagement Specialist delivers one-on-one personalized activity programs that advance the health and joyful well-being of each client. Go to a concert, paint a canvas, play games or go for a walk, the list of what brings each of us joy is endless, but seniors are often limited in their ability to access activities.

Education/Experience:
- Associates Degree or higher
- Experience/education relating to healthcare, recreational therapy, life enrichment/activity planning, and social work strongly preferred.
- 2-3 years working with the senior population directly, preferably in creating and executing engagement activities.
Other Requirements:
- Able to obtain Level 1 fingerprint clearance within 2 weeks of hire.
- Have a valid Driver's License and vehicle as travel is required.
