Job Overview
Nightowl Tactical Security Solutions, LLC is seeking Security Officers with experience working bars and checking IDs Monday-Friday 6:00pm-12:00am.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises while providing excellent customer service. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage access control, monitor activities, and respond effectively to any incidents that may arise.
Responsibilities
- Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure authorized access only.
- Greet guests and visitors with a friendly demeanor, providing assistance as needed.
- Conduct regular surveillance of the premises using CCTV systems to identify any suspicious activities.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure the safety of property.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, utilizing first aid and CPR skills when necessary.
- Manage conflicts effectively, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor access records.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation, is advantageous.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A militarized background or training in security protocols is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
