The BD Operations Director acts as a strategic enabler and trusted advisor to CGO, by managing projects, facilitating communication, and ensuring the effective execution of strategic initiatives, while also overseeing BD operations.

Strategic Support
- Collaborates with executives to develop and prioritize strategic initiatives (includes pre-vetting and prioritizing Bid Board opportunities, supporting deal governance, ensuring attendance as appropriate etc)
- Ensures that opportunities are aligned with corporate vision and priorities
- Ensures clear and consistent communication both internally and externally, representing the interests of corporation and executives.
- Identifies and addresses inefficiencies in operations to improve overall performance.
- Manages budgets and resources to support strategic priorities.
- Acts as a first point of contact between designated executives, corporate staff, and employees.
- Handles inquiries and representing CGO interests in their absence.
- Leading and managing special projects and initiatives as needed, including coordination of Growth events such as quarterly sales enablement and technical expositions as needed
- Supports Marketing & Communications as needed
- Other duties as assigned
