Nightwing is seeking an experienced Proposal Volume Lead / Writer to support cleared proposals in Dulles, VA.
Our Proposal Volume Lead / Writers :
- Write clear, persuasive, and articulate proposal sections
- Creates compelling technical proposals that win over potential clients
- Translate technical and other ideas into understandable text
- Rewrite and review proposal sections and related proposal documents
- Work with internal teams to gather information and translate the information into compliant technical responses
- Convey strategy in concise and compelling narrative text
- Research, write, and organize information in a professional and credible manner
- Review products, services, and / or business ideas
- Attend meetings with stakeholders to translate requirements into proposals
- Prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines
- Make edits and revisions as per the requirements
- Maintain consistency by following company policies
- Work with the design team to create compelling visuals
- Give presentations in gates and other proposal milestones
- Edit and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Develop and maintain proposal templates and guidelines
