Nightwing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert Site Manager to oversee and manage site operations, technical support, and training activities while ensuring adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards. This role combines technical leadership, operational oversight, and team coordination to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the site. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to manage complex operations while fostering a safe and productive environment. Will serve as the Deputy Program Manager during the Program Manager's absence.
On-Site Technical Lead :
Provide expert technical guidance and problem resolution to ensure site systems and equipment operate at peak efficiency.
Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues and liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills :
Proven expertise in managing site operations, maintenance, and technical support.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, including training and mentoring staff.
In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in relevant software tools for operations management and reporting.
Desired Skills :
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
Familiarity with project management principles and tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
Knowledge of advanced technical systems, such as IoT-enabled maintenance systems or automated operations.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating site performance metrics and implementing improvements.
Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships effectively.
Education Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10–12 years of experience in site management, operations, or a related field, including leadership roles.
Clearance Requirement : TS / SCI with Poly
