Required Skills
Expertise in instructional design and curriculum development, including needs assessment, course design, and evaluation.
Proficiency in creating training materials for multiple formats, such as instructor-led, eLearning, and blended learning.
Advanced knowledge of adult learning theories and principles.
Strong project management skills to oversee the development and rollout of training programs.
Proficiency with eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills to produce clear and concise training content.
Experience conducting training program evaluations and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Desired Skills
Knowledge of emerging learning technologies, including AR/VR and gamification strategies.
Experience with competency-based training and credentialing frameworks.
Familiarity with workplace compliance standards and certifications relevant to training programs.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders.
Skills in multimedia production, such as video editing or graphic design, to enhance training materials.
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field.
10 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or training program management.
A master’s degree or Doctorate in a related field is highly desirable.
