This is an onsite position.
The Learning Management Administration Operations Specialist fuels growth and development through exceptional learning experiences and personalized support.
- Lead Learning Management Administration activities to empower local functions and elevate learner engagement.
- Partner with the global Learning Management Administration Services Operations team to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise.
- Implement work instructions to execute various tasks:
- Design and deliver learning objects, such as Online Courses, On Job Training, and training curricula.
- Manage non-Workday user profiles and ensure timely updates in accordance with Learning Management Administration User profile requirements.
- Coordinate learning assignments, registrations, and completions.
- Compile reports and guarantee adherence to Learning Management Administration Operations global quality documents and standards.
- Deliver tailored support to learners at level 2.
- Promote ongoing improvement in Learning Management Administration Learner support.
- Tackle tickets escalated from Learner Support, following the global Learner Support process and leveraging ServiceNow.
