What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructional Content Manager position at NIIT?
Key Responsibilities
The Instructional Content Manager will be responsible for creating and re-versioning specific learning objects, such as online courses, on-job training, and training curricula. Additionally, they will create events/sessions for face-to-face training on SOPs (including Geode documents) and manage non-workday user profiles.
The Instructional Content Manager will also be responsible for learning assignments, registration, and completion management, as well as reporting management. They will ensure full compliance with Learning Management Administration Operations global quality documents and standards (SOPs and Work Instructions) applicable to the role.
