Nikco Sports is seeking professional Inside Sales Representatives (B2B) to join our team! This position is paid a base salary plus commission. Nikco Sports is based in St. Louis and has a long history of providing grocery, drug, and convenience stores all over the country with high quality, hot market retail merchandise. We work with some of the best manufacturers in the industry and offer a variety of products including novelty, entertainment, sports, seasonal, and many more. We are proud to sell to retailers nationwide!
Sales representatives are provided designated groups of existing customers and the opportunity for new accounts is endless. Generating new business may be through individual stores or corporate accounts. Please email your resume for consideration.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
- Utilize Phone Burner and other technology tools to track sales activities and performance metrics.
- Provide product demonstrations and support to clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
