What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-Commerce Sales Specialist position at Nikco Sports?
Objectives/Expectations
1. Email/SMS Campaign-Keep data bases engaged. Goal of driving $1000 in sales per email. Increase repeat purchase rate to 20%.
a. 4 emails per week, we will determine what target markets are every Monday morning.
b. Instock flash sales, daily deals, mystery bags
c. Related 3rd party products to hot data bases/engaged database
2. Influencers/Partners/Affiliates (divide and conquer)
a. Facebook- 3-5 partners per promotion
b. Alumni groups- 2-3 partners per promotion
c. Newsletters
d. Podcast, Substack, Reddit
i. Tommy will handle
1. Twitter, Fansites, YouTube, Instagram
3. Product sourcing and website management. Goal is to sell $125,000 of 3rd party products on website by Dec 2025.
a. Add 20 new items per week to website, optimize to sell
b. Maintain inventory through vendor feeds every other week
c. Discover new vendors we add to the mix
d. Todd will divide what vendors who you will be responsible for working with
4. 3rd party market channels- Optimize catalog for 3rd party channels and manage catalog feed.
a. Amazon-List 15 items of in stock inventory a week. Look into automated feed upload.
b. Facebook/Instagram-Optimize catalog for selling directly on these channels
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
