Join our Digital team as a part-time (20 hours per week) Administrative Assistant across a major wine portfolio client as a remote employee (Must be based in NY, FL, TX, or CA)! Dive into a dynamic role, working on a variety of accounts. Your chance to fuel the creative spirit starts here!
Responsibilities
Seamless Influencer Reporting: Manages and maintains monthly client-facing influencer coverage excel reports with strong attention to detail, maintaining accuracy of all data
Organization Mastery: Labels, organizes, and files influencer content into our database
Product Shipment Management: Facilitates product orders through our wine storage vendor and creates shipping labels for influencer seeding
Daily Content Tracking: Monitors influencer social channels for brand mentions and clips and tracks content accordingly.
Qualifications
Professional Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a remote working environment specifically focused on data entry within the Microsoft Suite.
Microsoft Excel: Has basic to intermediate Microsoft excel skills, and can implement simple formulas to create efficiencies
Attention to Detail: Exhibits excellent attention to detail, in both their data entry and written communications
Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

The hourly rate for this role is $20/hour.
