**Responsibilities:**
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Assist in meeting sales goals and targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish
- Maintain store cleanliness and appearance
- Manage inventory levels and contribute to merchandise displays
- Train and mentor store staff on company policies and procedures
