Part-time Key-holder/On-call Fashion Boutique Sales Associate
Nikki Beach Miami is looking to hire a motivated, outgoing, friendly team player who’s passionate about fashion to open and close the fashion boutique at Nikki Beach Miami Beach. The role will ensure a high level of sales initiative, customer service and meet company standards relating to store administration and processes. Additionally, they will be responsible for the quality of the customer experience at the shop. The ideal candidate has a proven track of sales record as well as organizational skills within a retail environment in a similar role and a flexible schedule.
Job Description:
- Work as part of a small team to uphold the overall performance of the store, driving sales and growth wherever possible.
- Opening and closing the shop within the procedure as instructed
- Help with managing the shops inventory as well as the stock room inventory to accuracy making sure all things are tagged and organized
- Receive, count, tag, and merchandise inventory shipments
- Memorize our products; brands, styles and silhouettes and be knowledgable of all brands and products being sold
- Upkeep impeccable merchandising standards to maximize
- Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively
Be a representation of our brand Requirements:
- Sales background
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Independent individual that is self motivated
- Posses strong skills in customer service
- Have a personal interest and passion in fashion. Exhibit proficiency in computer programs used by the company including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. General knowledge of Retail Math and reporting Flexible to work the hours in line with store and office needs
- Proactivity and personal initiative is required Positive, happy and upbeat personality
