Monday, to Friday 8am to 6pm- very easy case and great family!

Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Niklife Home Care Inc. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support in accordance with their individualized care plans.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to the supervising Registered Nurse.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care for clients.
- Implement care plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing is preferred.
- Strong skills in infection control practices.
- Ability to administer injections and manage medications safely.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems, such as Epic, is beneficial.
