We are seeking a compassionate and skilled caregiver for a 13-year-old female patient requiring GJ-tube care in Glen Ellyn IL. 60137 RN up to $42/LPN up to $33
Night shift required
Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm- very easy case and great family!
Weekends optional!

Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Niklife Home Care Inc. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to clients as outlined in their individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to the supervising Registered Nurse.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
- Educate clients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in pediatric nursing or home health care preferred.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and catheter care procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.
- Ability to work independently while following established protocols and guidelines.
