Niko`s Bakery in Owensboro, KY is looking for one customer service to join our team. We are located on 601 Emory Drive. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.
Our Front of House staff is one of the most important components to Customer Satisfaction. The staff up front sets the stage to a happy dining experience.
We look to our Front of House staff to greet the customers and make them feel at home. To prioritize the guests over everything else. And to take ownership in learning the menu and service style to be able to successfully guide guests through their visit.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and make them feel at home
- Answer any questions the customers may have
- Assist Customers in person, over the phone, and at the drive thru
- Clean, clean, clean. Maintain a tidy restaurant front and back of house
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with help in the kitchen as needed
- Prepare drink orders and food orders
- Put customers first every day
Qualifications
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled people.
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem solve quickly any concerns customers may have
- Good communication skills with customers and co-workers.
- Must be able to work early morinings, Saturdays, and closing shifts.
