Product Marketing Associates will be interacting daily with customers face-to-face and creating new accounts for the brands we represent. You’ll focus on new customer acquisition as well as maintaining existing accounts. This position is perfect for someone looking to get in on the ground floor of a marketing and sales team. Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and accurately deliver sales presentations to customers within key retailers
- Effectively communicate all promotions to customers in a professional manner
- Create and build relationships with customers and clients
- Effectively work with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales strategies with marketing campaigns
- Be able to prioritize customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required!
- 1-3 years of retail experience (preferred)
- 1-3 years of Sales experience (preferred not required)
- The ability to be trained and a mindset for continuous learning and personal development.
- Goal-oriented with a student mentality
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
This is an ENTRY-LEVEL position, so prior experience is not required. All of our sales representatives will undergo a paid training program with our leadership team!
