E-Commerce Coordinator

Nili Lotan is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator. This position will be responsible for executing web initiatives to strengthen the brand presence and channel performance. Collaborating horizontally and vertically across the organization to deliver a best-in-class omni-channel and global experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily management of ecommerce operations, including product configurations, inventory updates, and development QA tasks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, logistics, client services, merchandising, and marketing to ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
• Support product catalog management, including SKU creation, product descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
• Continuously monitor and test the website to identify any issues and work closely with the necessary teams to troubleshoot and address as quickly as possible with minimal impact to the client.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Partner closely with Client Care to identify and incorporate client feedback.
• Perform regular quality checks across site to ensure an optimal user experience.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve order discrepancies.
• Support customer service inquiries related to online orders, product information, and returns.
• Maintain standard daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to support business needs.
• Stay updated on ecommerce best practices and luxury fashion industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1 years of related experience preferred
• Shopify/Searchspring/Klaviyo experience preferred
• Strong creative and critical thinking to problem-solve, as needed
• Exceptional follow-through with attention to detail/a high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners
