Nilson Brand Law has an opening for an Associate Attorney at its Fargo office. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for assisting senior attorneys to manage litigation matters which may include a variety of practice areas. The Associate Attorney will have the ability to work in the office and remotely as needed.
Applicants should be licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota (or the ability to obtain licenses in both). Interested applicants should have 0-5 years of experience as an Associate Attorney and / or Law Clerk. Applicants should have excellent academic credentials and be able to demonstrate exceptional writing and persuasive speaking skills.
