Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Truck Driver located in Savannah, GA. The Truck Driver will be responsible for operating company trucks, adhering to DOT regulations, loading and unloading cargo, and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods. Daily tasks will also include vehicle inspections, maintaining logs of working hours and truck conditions, and providing excellent customer service during moves.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid CDL Class A license
- Proven experience in Truck Driving
- Understanding of and adherence to DOT Regulations
- Experience in loading and unloading cargo
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain accurate logs and records
- High school diploma or equivalent
