What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Caribou Manager position at Nilssen's Foods?
Full time position, must be available to work a flexible shift including every other weekend.
Previous retail management experience preferred including ability to lead teams, knowledge of coffee, and excellent customer service skills.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing an excellent customer service experience
- Assembling hot and cold beverages
- Basic food preparation
- Upselling
- Assisting the Caribou manager in training
- Ordering
- Merchandising
- Scheduling
- Leading the team
- Other duties as assigned
