What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sausage Maker position at Nilssen's Foods?
Full time position in the Clear Lake Smokehouse, daytime hours.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Follows recipes to produce consistent quality products
- Determines production list based on previous sales and future ad projections
- Assists in production, packaging, and labeling of products
- Other duties as assigned
Teamwork and safety focus is a high job priority!
Must be 18 or older to apply.
Candidates must have 5 or more years of experience in a meat facility, smokehouse or other like industry.
Must be able to work in the cooler and freezer for extended periods of time.
