We are hiring for all positions and our Full Time starts at 32 hours / week!

The Stylist performs hair extension installs, cut, style, treatment and consultation services using Nimah Hair extensions. We specialize in tape in extensions, bundles, and wigs. The Lash Technician performs eyelash extension installs, lash cleaning, lash removal, and lash refills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Duties include but are not limited to the following :
Maintaining relevant licenses and ensures licenses are available for display where services are providedThe ability to perform a wide range of hair therapies, following Nimah Beauty Bar protocols, including :Updo and BlowoutHair extension installationlash extensions for various styles and removalsSeasonal services, new launch specials and promotionsObtaining client health history through the use of intake forms and / or addendums, assessing problems and conditions and consulting with clients on recommended treatments, intake forms should be returned to the front desk by the end of each shiftDisplaying a professional, positive, outgoing, energetic and respectful attitude towards clients and coworkers at all timesRecording detailed notes for all clients in the computer, within 48 hours of appointment date, including contraindications, allergies, medications, formulations used and treatment preferences and any notable client informationActively and regularly participate in sales and marketing events, campaigns and assigned tasks to grow business, create repeat client requests and meet sales and retail goalsStay up-to-date and educated on retail lines and products and proactively promote these products to salon clientsAttending and participating in departmental trainings and salon staff meetingsPresenting a polished, professional image at all timesMaintaining correspondence with clients, including writing thank you notes and other treatment follow up communications to develop and retain repeat clientsCompleting side work and closing duties as directed by ManagerQualifications and Experience :
State Cosmetology LicenseMust have a minimum of three years of experience behind the chairMust have schedule availability to include evenings, weekends, and holidaysNatural ability to sell and educate clients on productsSpecial Considerations :
Must be able to sustain reasonable physical activity for the duration of a scheduled shiftSensitivity to unnecessary waste of product and a willingness to act to reduce wasteMust be able to hear so as to effectively understand customer’s needsMust be able to lift up to 25lbsFrom an online hair boutique Nimah Hair is opening their first beauty bar in Katy, TX. We are expected to open Fall 2022. Our beauty bar will offer hair extension installs, lash extensions, teeth whittening, and lip injections. We will also have a retail section where visitors can shop our products. Our mission is to make people feel good.
