What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis position at Nimble?

As the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will help shape Nimble's strategy by aligning the company's business objectives and decision-making processes to its financial results and projections. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has financial modeling expertise. This role will report to the CFO.
You will :
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare and present financial reports and drive insights into performance
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business initiatives
- Set up financial reporting for the company's next stages of maturation
- Work in the Redwood City office at least 3 days a week, and remotely for 2 days
