Title: Medical Device Installation Specialist

Role Summary: Nimbus Health is seeking an Installation Specialist who will collaborate with the care team to deliver high quality pulmonary care by installing sleep mats in patient homes.
Responsibilities:
- Visiting patient homes for sleep mat installation and training. Troubleshooting any potential technical issues and answering patient questions.
- Serve as an advocate for patients, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and understanding, and working to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Coordinating with patients to schedule home visits for sleep mat install
- Provide feedback to the team to help improve the installation and education process, making it more successful and efficient.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
- Access to your own reliable transportation for in home visits
- EMR experience a plus
- Medical Assistant or Home Health background preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues with wifi and connecting bluetooth devices
- Maintain a high degree of empathy and commitment to confidentiality when traveling to patient homes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be willing to complete a background check
- Genuine passion for patient care-expected

Pay: $30 per install, $15 per hour for additional admin hours (1-10 per week)
