Title: Nurse Practitioner
Location: Rock Hill, SC

Role Summary: The Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with the pulmonologist to lead the clinical team and redesign the pulmonary care experience.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program of study
- Active SC Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain one)
- Experience mentoring and training other clinical team members
- Pulmonary or acute care experience
- Genuine passion for patient care
- Strong interest in innovative patient care models
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional outpatient pulmonary care
- Order and interpret laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures including chest X-rays, chest CT’s, and pulmonary function testing
- Manage support staff to deliver innovative care models
- Supervise pulmonary rehabilitation offerings
- Maintain relationships with local primary care providers
