You will leverage your skills in lead generation and cold calling to identify new business opportunities while utilizing tools like Salesforce to manage your sales pipeline effectively.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through cold calling and networking to generate leads.
- Analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction sales, or technical sales
- Experience in roofing or water proofing
- An understanding of different roofing systems and specifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for persuasive selling.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and closing deals..
