Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial/Residential Roofing Sales position located in Portland, OR. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling roofing services to commercial and residential clients, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Working at Height
- Setting up ladders
- Experience in Insulation, Roofs, and Waterproofing
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of roofing materials and construction processes is a plus
- Prior experience in sales or the construction industry preferred
- Experience with in person meetings and on site visits to inspect roofs.
- Cold calling and getting added to preferred vendor lists.
- Estimates for both commercial and residential roofs Required.
Salary : $47,840 - $58,240
