We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the implementation of ACH payment capabilities in its MIPS and VAL systems. This role requires a seasoned IT software project manager who can navigate a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with shifting priorities. You’ll need to be a strong leader, excellent communicator, and problem-solver who can manage multiple complex projects while maintaining compliance and stakeholder alignment.

✔ Define & achieve project objectives, goals, and milestones

✔ Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, resources)

✔ Conduct stakeholder analysis & engage the right teams throughout the project

✔ Lead pre-project impact analysis & ensure feasibility with IT teams

✔ Identify risks & implement mitigation strategies

✔ Allocate & track resources for successful project execution

✔ Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously

✔ Lead, mentor & coordinate project teams for smooth execution

✔ Ensure effective communication across business, IT, and vendors

✔ Facilitate issue resolution & maintain project progress

➕ Experience Using Jira for Project Tracking & Management – 4 Years

➕ Experience with Custom Software & COTS/SaaS Implementations

• Candidates with infrastructure or telecom backgrounds will NOT be considered.
• Onsite requirement: Mondays & Wednesdays are mandatory; choose between Thursday or Friday for the third in-office day. Parking is provided.
