Job Title: AI/ML Engineer Generative Models
Location: Richmond, VA- Onsite
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge generative models. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from research and development to deployment and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced generative AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Manage the full project lifecycle including research, prototyping, deployment, and performance optimization.
- Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Oversee data management processes including data cleaning, labeling, augmentation, and generation of synthetic data to train and improve AI models.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in machine learning and NLP.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models using Python.
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing and synthetic data generation techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
