What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager/Project Manager - Trade Show position at Nimlok Chicago?
Are you looking to further your career in trade shows and events? Nimlok Chicago is currently seeking a motivated, self-starting professional to fill the Account Manager position.
Responsibilities
• Main client liaison after sale.
• Create production timelines for client and internal team.
• Interact and direct the efforts of applicable departments and vendors from project kick-off through completion.
• Order materials and services required to produce projects and follow-up with vendors to ensure orders are on track.
• Complete and submit show service forms.
• Host client previews and sign-off on projects prior to shipping.
• Prepare show site information as requested which may include supervisor packets, floor plans/layouts, travel information and transportation.
• Vendor reconciliation and project review ensuring jobs are completed on time and within budget.
• Invoice projects when complete and archive all job information for future reference.
• Occasional travel may be required.
Requirements
• 3 years of related experience in Trade Shows.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills, positive attitude, self-motivated and team oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with heavy client interaction all while providing excellent service.
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
