Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone calls, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages.
- Verify insurance benefits, call insurance companies, manage incoming referrals
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Perform general office management duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette while communicating with clients and vendors.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
