Responsibilities:
The Boutique Director will be responsible for building the client base, marketing, planning events, reaching out to the large corporations and professional firms to introduce the collection. She will sell and establish relationships with the clients. The Director will effectively hire, lead, and develop the sales and operations of the boutique to consistently meet and/or exceed sales plans. Lead the development of a strategic approach for the boutique to drive sales by developing sales team, maintaining and building clientele lists and database, planning special events, and developing marketing and advertising plans based on company guidelines. Act as the brand ambassador in the community by building relationships with business organizations, clubs and non profits for client development and special events. Execute superior customer service and clienteling on a consistent basis to increase and retain customer loyalty.
The Ideal candidate is a team leader with an entrepreneurial mentality who has a strong sense of style and wants to help women succeed in their careers. Strong business development, marketing, sales & relationship skills are required
Qualifications:
Sales management and or marketing experience; event planning experience with non-profit and charities a plus. Fashion is not a requirement Can be Corporate, non - profit, community activities. Proven track record in budgeting, sales generation, managing the achievement of sales results and profitability targets. Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships. Must have a College Degree. Opportunity for significant income (salary and commission) and clothing allowance included. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
