Digital Marketing and Sales Director

You will be responsible for digital marketing, Shopify development, mail, and in-person marketing of a luxury women's apparel company focusing on empowering women and creating their professional image. The company manufactures in NY, has 3 retail stores, and independent sales consultants. The job requires attention to detail, self-starter, and strategic thinker who understands our customer base, how they get information, and what marketing techniques, messages, and platforms are the best. They must be good at SEO, digital marketing, the Shopify platform, Canva design, and web development. Needs to have strong ACT, Constant Contact, digital design, and Excel skills for eblast marketing, data extraction, and input, and Shopify website development and maintenance. Job is full-time with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Seasonal updates for the Shopify website
• Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content
• Develop and manage website content
• Find and target audiences
• Design all marketing materials : Eblasts, Postcards, brochures
• Send eblasts through Constant Contact
• Pull customer histories in Excel and do V-Lookups
• Update customer database

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.
