You'll be working side-by-side with our customer success team in a full-time capacity at our Dunwoody, GA location.

Requirements

What You’ll Do :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them navigate their health journey.
  • Use advanced communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Guide clients through the decision-making process, addressing fears and objections with empathy.
  • Present our transformational health programs with clarity, passion, and integrity.
  • Partner with clients to identify their health goals and offer personalized solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress using our CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine relationships.
  • A natural ability to listen deeply and communicate with empathy.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • An understanding of or interest in holistic and functional medicine (preferred but not required).
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales techniques that prioritize client transformation.
