Duties

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
- Monitor client progress and report any changes in behavior or health to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
- Ensure that resident rights are upheld and respected at all times.
- Facilitate social interactions and community engagement opportunities for clients to enhance their social skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client care activities and progress in compliance with organizational policies.
Skills
