Customer Service and Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused, and professional Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our team at Nine Tails Smoke Shop. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming, fun, and clean environment in our high-end retail store. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, engaging, and professional manner. Provide information and answer questions about our products and services.
• Sales: Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of all products offered, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and product details. Be able to confidently educate customers and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Store Presentation: Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and well-stocked. Regularly assist with store displays and inventory to keep everything looking great.
• Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and wear appropriate attire, reflecting the high standards of our store and brand.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with customers.
• Sales-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work well independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
• Reliable transportation and a strong commitment to showing up on time for shifts.
• English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
