What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at Nine Winters?
Cafe/restaurant looking for a baker that focuses on Korean-American pastry. At least one weekend day for scheduling availability is required.
Must be 18 years or older to apply with at least one year of kitchen experience. Knowledge of enriched dough is required, all other areas of expertise are encouraged but not a necessity; baker can learn those on the job. Baker must be able to get to Cambridge for early morning shifts, starting as early as 3am. Employer will pay for serv-safe certification if it's not previously obtained.
Candidate needs strong organization, time management, and self-starting skills. Ability to work independently and within a small team is paramount.
Pay starts at $17-18.50/hr shared tips
