Nine is seeking to hire a passionate, motivated, and professional Bar & Wine Manager to lead our beverage program. The role requires a deep knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology along with excellent leadership and customer service skills.

Curate and maintain an exceptional wine list

Develop a high-end cocktail and mocktail program using local and seasonal ingredients whenever possible

Oversee bar operations, weekly purchasing, and monthly inventory take

Train and mentor staff on wine pairings and mixology.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Provide an elevated guest experience through expert recommendations.

Ensure bar and bar area will always be left cleaned and organized by all bar staff after shifts and at the end of each day
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute beverage and hospitality strategies

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a fine dining setting

Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails.

Certification in sommelier studies or equivalent is a plus.

Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

The experience to operate at a high level under the direction of the management team
