Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales in designated neighborhoods to generate new business.
- Build trust and rapport with homeowners, educating them on the importance of pest control and the value of our services.
- Effectively present and tailor pest control solutions to meet each customer’s unique needs.
- Close sales deals while meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while addressing customer concerns or objections.
- Collaborate with the team to share strategies and best practices for successful sales.
- Accurately document customer information and track sales progress using company tools.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in door-to-door sales, direct sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
