Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and client representation.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, wills, trusts, and pleadings.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in various matters such as estate planning and family law.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas, including tribal law regulations.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop strategies for case management.
- Maintain accurate records of case files and client communications.
