Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)

Important Note:
This position is ideal for Solo Law Practitioners who can manage their own schedules while meeting strict case deadlines. As long as you can ensure cases are filed within 15 days of receipt and final reviews are completed within 48 hours, you can maintain your independent practice alongside this role.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Attorney to handle final case reviews, filings, and ensure timely case processing. This opportunity allows flexibility for sole practitioners while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete final reviews of bankruptcy cases within 48 hours of assignment.
- Ensure cases are filed within 15 days of assignment.
- Manage and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and related documents.
- Maintain high-quality work and compliance with bankruptcy court rules.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law.
- Filed at least 100 Chapter 7 cases.
- Filed at least 20 Chapter 13 cases.
- Proven ability to work independently as a sole practitioner.
- Licensed to practice in South Carolina (or ability to be waived in quickly).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to deadlines and details.
