Are you passionate about solving complex problems and building scalable web solutions? We are seeking a Senior / Lead Web Developer to play a key role in driving the development and architecture of innovative web applications. In this role, you will collaborate with technical leads, software architects, and cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient, high-performing web platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and optimize web applications using modern development languages and frameworks.
- Design scalable content management and web solutions in alignment with best practices and standards.
- Lead development efforts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Create, execute, and evaluate unit/integration tests for code quality assurance.
- Identify and address architectural impacts and solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate on API design, web architecture, and content workflows.
- Analyze software requirements, estimate development effort, and create technical design documentation.
- Implement security best practices and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive software development cycles effectively.
- Contribute to platform evolution, including data pipelines and API enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of software development experience delivering large, complex web solutions.
- 3 years of experience leading development teams.
- Strong background in web/content architectures, API design, and CMS platforms.
- Expertise in .NET development, JavaScript, SQL, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS or Salesforce CMS (SaaS-based CMS required).
- Knowledge of SPA frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Experience with REST or GraphQL API development.
- Proficiency in source control using Git and CI/CD best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms is a plus.
- Prior experience with eCommerce, B2B, or B2C content management is a bonus.
