About the Role:
NineTwelve is seeking an experienced Security Clearance Manager to join their team in Crane, IN. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial security regulations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain compliance with NISPOM, DoD Manual 5205.07, and other relevant IC standards.
- Manage facility clearance levels and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare for and conduct security audits, government inspections, and self-inspections.
- Process and manage personnel security clearances.
- Establish and implement security procedures for facility security, visitor control, and secure spaces.
- Ensure proper handling of secure materials.
- Administer annual security education and training to maintain compliance.
- Participate in the Insider Threat Program and facilitate day-to-day security functions.
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen with a current/active Secret clearance and ability to upgrade to Top Secret.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Extensive knowledge of NISPOM, CFR 32 part 117, and other ICD standards.
- Strong understanding of physical security and experience using DISS, NISS, NBIS, eQIP, JPAS, SWFT.
