We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Manage the recruitment process, including executive recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
- Develop and implement succession planning initiatives to identify and prepare future leaders within the organization.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as iCIMS for managing job postings and candidate applications.
- Negotiate employment contracts and terms with prospective employees.
- Maintain accurate records using HR software like Kronos to track employee attendance and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with management to develop HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
Skills
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms, particularly iCIMS, for effective recruitment management.
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate contract discussions with candidates.
- Knowledge of employee orientation processes to enhance new hire experiences.
- Experience in succession planning to ensure leadership continuity within the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with Kronos or similar timekeeping systems for managing employee schedules.
