Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to enhance workplace morale and productivity.
- Manage conflict resolution processes, addressing employee grievances and disputes in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in recruiting efforts by providing insights on talent management and organizational needs.
- Supervise the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.
- Conduct training sessions on employee relations topics, including conflict management and effective communication.
- Analyze employee feedback to identify areas for process improvement within the organization.
- Support budgeting efforts related to labor relations initiatives and programs.
- Maintain accurate records of employee relations activities, including contracts and agreements.
Experience
Candidates should possess a background that includes:
- Proven experience in employee relations or labor relations roles.
- Strong skills in recruiting, strategic planning, and talent management.
- Familiarity with conflict management techniques and best practices.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes related to labor initiatives.
- Experience with Oracle or similar HR systems is preferred.
- Supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities within a team setting.
