What we are looking for :

  • Friendly and outgoing personality with our guests and team members.
  • Always provide positive experiences for guests and team members.
  • Assist guests with admission, café, merchandise sales.
  • Coordination of birthday parties and events.
  • Host birthday parties making certain that all guest needs are met.
  • Oversee and monitor attractions and ensure guests are following park rules.
  • Assist guests by answering questions, or by explaining attractions.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks.
  • Assist in managing inventory on a weekly basis.
  • Support management in all opening and closing park procedures.
  • Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.
  • Help maintain a clean environment; some janitorial duties will apply.

    • Job Type : Part-time

    Salary : $15.50 - $16.00 per hour

    • Requirements : Qualifications :

  • Customer Service and Retail Sales experience preferred.
  • Amusement or hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule during normal business hours, including weekends and some holidays.
  • Comfortable engaging both one-on-one and with large groups of people.
