Mobile Obstacle Course Setup & Event Specialist

This role is to be part of a team that travels to area schools, festivals, and private event to bring the Ninja experience directly to the customer! We build out an obstacle course on site

Typical day: Travel to venue, set up obstacle course (2-3 hours) under direction of team lead. Facilitate the event, including guiding participants (children and adults) through the obstacles, spotting them as necessary (2-6 hours), break down course (1.5hrs) and return.

Position Description:

Ninja Nation Mobile Setup & Event Specialists are responsible for setting up and facilitating the Ninja Nation Mobile unit. This is a labor intensive position. From corporate events, festivals and fairs to school functions, and birthday parties, you will be assisting with setting up the course and helping the attendees have a safe and fun experience.

Experience & Qualities needed for this role:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule – bookings will determine schedule
• Ability to schedule events and a crew
• Ability to lift 50lbs overhead
• Ability to work long hours standing and doing manual labor
• A passion for health and fitness
• Positive, outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Build client relationships through outstanding hospitality
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients of all ages and abilities

Responsibilities Include:

• Set up and break down of mobile course
• Communicate rules and safety procedures to participants
• Supervise and monitor safety practices
• Motivating and encouraging participants
• Familiarity with offerings of ninja nation arenas to answer questions
