Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various sports and physical activities, with the ability to inspire and educate participants of all ages. This role involves not only teaching skills and techniques but also fostering a positive environment that encourages personal growth and teamwork.
Duties
- Develop and implement courses tailored to the needs of participant's.
- Educate participants on the rules, strategies, and techniques of various obstacles.
- Help with change-outs of equipment.
- Monitor the progress of participants and provide constructive feedback to enhance their performance.
- Lead safe and fun classes, camps, birthday party's and open gyms.
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Embody the Ninja Nation 3 E's (Energy, Encouragement, and Engagement).
Requirements
- Proven experience in coaching or teaching sports.
- Ability to educate participants on techniques while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse groups of individuals.
- A passion for sports and physical fitness, along with the ability to motivate others.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate open gym, camps and classes as needed.
- Ability to lift 50 or more Lbs. and be on feet for 4 or more hours.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
